Free Shipping Applies to all Australian orders over $100

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, Delivery times vary and are subject to our shipping providers, Unfortunately, sometimes there are delays with shipping that are out of our control, we ask you for your understanding and will do the most within our ability to resolve the issue/delay. Remote areas may experience extended delivery times.

Upon shipping, you will receive tracking details. Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your order's status. In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately at tom@mountteegolf.com.au. We will work closely with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

 Please review our returns policy below:

 We accept returns only on full-priced items. Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted. To start a return, please email us at tom@mountteegolf.com.au. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be re-credited as part of your return. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

For exchanges, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
